Terms and conditions

These terms apply to all bookings made through this website with [Company name] (“we”).

The packages on this website are an invitation to book. The contract is concluded when you complete the payment and receive our confirmation. The scope is defined by the package and extras shown in your booking summary.

Prices are in euro, net plus statutory VAT; the total including VAT is shown before you pay. Payment is due at booking by card (Stripe) or PayPal.

Delivery times are working days from the moment your brief and materials are complete. Each package includes the stated number of revision rounds; further rounds can be booked.

You provide the materials needed and confirm that you hold the rights to them.

After full payment you receive a non-exclusive right, unlimited in time and territory, to use the final assets for advertising. We may show the work as a reference unless you object.

We may use AI tools in production. We tell you which delivered assets are AI-generated. You are responsible for meeting disclosure duties when you publish such content, in particular under Art. 50 of the EU AI Act.

Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons. If you ask us to start before the period ends, you owe a proportionate amount for services already performed; the right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully performed. To withdraw, send a clear statement to hello@rexfydesign.com.

We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence, and otherwise only for breach of essential contractual duties, limited to foreseeable damage typical for the contract.

German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
