AI transparency

We use AI as a tool, under human direction. This page explains where AI is involved, how we label AI-generated content and what that means for you — in line with the transparency rules of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689).

01Our principle: human-directed, AI-assisted

Every production is planned, directed and approved by a person. AI tools support individual steps; they do not replace creative responsibility. No deliverable leaves the studio without human review.

02Where AI may be involved

Depending on the project we may use AI tools for:

  • Concept sketches, moodboards and storyboards
  • Generating or extending images and backgrounds
  • Generating or animating video sequences
  • Upscaling, retouching and clean-up
  • Synthetic voice-over, subtitles and translation

03How we label AI-generated content

Images and videos on this website that were generated or substantially edited with AI carry a visible “AI-generated” label. The label is also present in the page code in machine-readable form.

With every delivery you receive a note stating which assets are AI-generated. Where technically feasible, files carry machine-readable provenance information in their metadata.

04What this means for you as a client

If you publish AI-generated or AI-manipulated content that could be mistaken for real people, objects, places or events (a “deep fake” in the sense of Art. 50(4) of the AI Act), you must disclose that it is artificially generated. We deliver such content with a suggested label so you can meet this duty easily.

In the booking form you can choose that we ask you before using generative AI in your project.

05What we do not do

  • No likenesses or voices of real people without their documented consent
  • No content designed to deceive or manipulate people, or to exploit vulnerabilities
  • No chatbot on this website — you always write to a person
  • No automated decisions or profiling: prices are fixed by the published catalog and every booking is reviewed by a person

06Your material and your data

We do not use your briefs, product files or deliveries to train AI models. When AI tools process your material, we choose providers and settings that rule out training on customer input. Details on personal data are in our privacy policy.

07AI literacy

Everyone who works with AI tools for us is trained in how they work, their limits and their risks, as required by Art. 4 of the AI Act.

08Questions or concerns

If you believe content on this site is missing an AI label, or you have questions about how we use AI, write to us. We answer every message personally.
